TRANSPARENCY I.

“Compelled By The Summer”

The embodiment of relaxation, relaxing on still beaches, till your day fills complete

You offer me…radiant glasses filled with your love, but your sense of passion is still so bleak

Let summer come to an end

Let the rules be broken, for they will be made again

A new sense of warmth, you feel in yourself

The type of days where we contemplate reality, or when we look in the mirror and try to find our true wealth

Throw me down the wishing well, for as wishes come and go, there won’t be any more stories to tell

I open and then close off again

Often then, you reimagine my words as blades, with sharp curves, striking your heart whenever you decide to get on my nerves, that’s not true, so tell me…what have you heard?…

You’re compelled by the summer, an evening grace

A distend relationship

But I still see our name written across your face

However long it takes…let it go, and keep it away

I’m here…no matter how long it takes
