TRANSPARENCY XV.
“Destiny Beyond Me”
I’m distraction
Under the prophet’s eye, I’m telling you this through a different time
A change of heart, more desperate than mine
Contradiction underestimates routine
From the truth, written in subtle text
A vice that drives the car, while I hang from the keys
Now what about stories and dreams?
What about precision, the distant cousin of reality
I’m scared sometimes, and that’s the only thing you’ll see
A corpse in the ruins of thought, while I pride myself on graceful coming
I only know no more, than what you ever tell me
Words and the labyrinths that follow
Boundaries are broken eventually, till the new barriers are built up, and the mission proceeds
Don’t be afraid to tell me
Show colors, like the ones you always see
